Colocarlo encima de la manzana y cubrir con el alioli de membrillo, ponerlo a gratinar en el horno.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alioli de membrillo: Pelar y sacar las semillas al membrillo y ponerlo a hervir con un poco de agua durante unos 10 minutos, escurrirlo y triturarlo con los ajos pelados, el pan y las puntas de las manzanas que hemos reservado ( peladas ), el huevo entero y un poco de aceite, para ayudar a triturar. Una vez este todo bien triturado ir añadiendo aceite para que vaya ligando y se forme el alioli ( para que no se corte no debe levantarse del todo el brazo de minipimer y asi se evita que entre aire ). De alitas de pollo&lt;br /&gt;              2 cucharadas de pimentón dulce&lt;br /&gt;              1 vasito de vinagre&lt;br /&gt;              2 vasitos de agua&lt;br /&gt;              ½ cabeza de ajos&lt;br /&gt;              2 ramas de perejil&lt;br /&gt;              1 vasito de aceite&lt;br /&gt;              Sal y pimienta&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;        Pelar y picar los ajos con el perejil y el aceite, reservar. Mezclar el vinagre, el agua y el pimentón dulce. Limpiar bien las alitas y salpimentar, ponerlas en un recipiente adecuado y adobarlas bien con la mezcla del pimentón, también con el triturado del ajo y perejil. Mirar que queden bien impregnadas por las dos caras y dejar en este adobo como mínimo dos horas. Cuando se vayan a cocinar ponerlas en una cazuela con un poco de aceite y la mitad del adobo, ir moviéndolas para que no se peguen, cuando ya están casi tiernas añadir el resto del adobo y terminar de cocer, si quedarán muy secas añadir un poquito de agua caliente. Y ya están listas para comer. Buen provecho. . . Adornar con lechuga cortada en juliana, discos de huevo duro, pimiento asado, aceitunas, en fin se puede adornar al gusto de cada uno. Seguro os quedará muy bien.
